These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hellopvo website, applications, and services (the "Service"). hellopvo is operated by Brigade Management, Inc. ("hellopvo", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

hellopvo is a software home base for parent volunteer organizations, boards, and similar groups. The Service helps organizations manage meetings, rosters, budgets, events, communications, and related activities. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the conduct of the users you invite to your organization and for the content your organization enters into the Service.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as expressly permitted.

5. Payments & Plans

• Paid plans are billed annually per organization.
• Optional assessments are priced at $19.99 each.
• Fees are charged in advance for the applicable term. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable, and plans do not include a money-back guarantee.
• We may change our pricing prospectively; any changes will apply to future billing terms and we will provide reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by hellopvo and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. The data your organization enters remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Data Retention & Account Inactivity

Accounts and their associated data that have not been accessed — meaning no login has occurred — for 24 consecutive months may be deleted. Before any such deletion, hellopvo will send advance notice by email and/or in-app message and provide an opportunity to log in and export your data. Once data has been deleted under this policy, it cannot be recovered.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. hellopvo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hellopvo and Brigade Management, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
